3000+ personal interviews conducted across age groups and industries
The development of the assessment entailed personal interviews of professionals across 7 age groups
ranging from 21 years to 65 years of age. Total number of interviews exceeded 3000 candidates and
the insights gathered were then used in developing the content of questionnaire and report.
Robust Model of Assessment and Training
Analyses the behaviour of an individual in all the ‘spaces’ of human existence - Personal Life
Space, Work Space and Social Space and within each of these spaces, 5 different orientations -
Systemic, Role, Relationship, Emotional and Action Orientations are discussed. Based on this,
individual’s ‘Leadership Potential’ is accurately predicted.
